The Wisconsin Educator Effectiveness System is a performance-based evaluation system designed to support the continuous improvement of educator practice that leads to improved student learning.
The DPI Educator Effectiveness Team is dedicated to the implementation of a Wisconsin Educator Effectiveness System that includes assuring that educators have access to quality data identifying individual areas of strength, as well as areas of needed improvement and are supported in their ongoing professional growth.
